Fees
The buyer pays the price on the ticket. Ticket Tonic takes nothing. Stripe's processing fee comes off, and the rest goes to the organiser.
Free nights
A £0 night publishes without Stripe. Every free ticket is a door code and takes one place in the room. A guest ticket on a paid night uses the same door and the same count, and it stays out of the takings.
Refunds
The organiser refunds a paid order from the dashboard. The money goes back to the same card, and the door then refuses that code. A fan cannot refund the card from the ticket page.
Apps
Fans do not install an app. The confirmation email does not include the door code. The code appears on the ticket page 24 hours before the night, or at once if the ticket was bought inside that last day.
