The door at a London night
The door code appears 24 hours before the night. The first scan is accepted. A second scan of the same code is refused.
Fans do not install an app. The confirmation email does not include the door code. The code appears on the ticket page 24 hours before the night, or at once if the ticket was bought inside that last day.
You check it from Door in the dashboard. Pick the night and enter the code. The first scan is accepted. A second scan of the same code is refused. A refunded code is refused.
A guest ticket uses the same door and the same count, and it stays out of the takings. Cancelling a free ticket that has not been scanned returns the place.
A cancelled night says so on the public page. Paid orders are refunded to the same cards. Free tickets are cancelled. A cancelled night is not paid out.
This is the door for a night on Ticket Tonic. The blog also notes London nights that Ticket Tonic does not ticket, and those rooms use their own door.
[What a buyer pays](/blog/what-a-buyer-pays-for-a-london-ticket) covers the card. [How a night goes on sale](/blog/sell-tickets-for-an-independent-night-in-london) covers the page.
